Be mindful – be more aware of the present moment, including your thoughts and feelings, your body and the world around you. Some people call this awareness “mindfulness”. It can positively change the way you feel about life and how you approach challenges.
Every action, every practice requires us to meditate upon the vibration of who we are; the delicacies of how we can be affected on where we want to be or who we want to be. Situations, relationships, hopes wishes and dreams can melt into an ego, the king of our control.
A mushrooming out influencer of our external world can lead us to dissolve a potential flourishing trusting connection with our internal.
Nurture, self love, love of the family and nest; tender actions that mirror back a depth of kindness to the internal; even to the choice and flow of words and boundaries of life we use.
What is so very important to trust and run by is your mantras tone; we have our ‘all’ in ourself and that its set at full measure today. The body that you sit in the present is transparently enough where the person next to you has been on a different journey and a different path and in reflection has identical thoughts and scope of fears. No one else is observing you other than you. You are your own critique.
How does this mirror to exercise and enjoying the experience of skin you are in?
The act of showing up is enough, to reflect the practice of self care. To not push to heady states of ego or inadequacy. The very body we carry today is the one and only we only have this full life in. Spectate in its current wonder and generosity to tolerate us in all our different states and phases in life. Hold its hand to taking you where you are now, but just show up for its beautiful sake.
Relinquish the fears of not having enough, wanting more, wishing for better. Chasing a posture, a time, a distance, a weight or a measure. Live in the buzz of the beauty of showing up and pairing your time and gratitude to your body of where it is at this very point today.
Show up, be enough and shine your beautiful internal light.
