It starts simply with you.

Protect your sensitivity dear one, refrain from confiding your deepest and purest feelings to those that won’t cherish them dear. Your relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have. Stop engaging in destructive dances, be healthy and assertive and find your emotional freedom. Help others excel within your being for it is those whom are grateful for all the loving and kindness you have in your life and to be grateful for. Have a relationship with vulnerability not one based upon contracts of kisses and possessions.

Walk with grace, accept a defeat, build your plans on today alone, for there is gratitude in every day and breath. Thrive, water and grew. Don’t listen to the patter and path of future stories invented by the inner voice.

Park sources of exhaustion, look for your own emotional freedoms and relinquish those whom control. Develop firm healthy boundaries, invite others to treat us with respect and refrain from participation in the dance of criticism and control. Energise and bathe in calmness.

Spend time with you, fall in love with you, have a romance with you and treat it with the respect and devotion it craves. For this alone is your own responsibility to hold and weave a tale within. Your chapters are written upon this accountability, you are no victim, each and all of your choices were and are your own.

Don’t let others set your agendas, set your own pace of events and stories to be held. Learn to use the word NO.

Stifled health, shut down restricted, walking on egg shells? Have you paid attention to others conversations and interactions, do you defend your own sense of wellbeing? Make claim to your genuine worth, allow yourself healings and acceptance of detachments.

Create yourself a beautiful self sanctuary.

Who am I? I am a 42 year old mother, certified fitness strategist and Health and Wellbeing lecturer.

I build education ventures where I have a team whom thrive to build communities on a quest to live meaningfully and light. Into 2017 we offer a growing catalogue of events, trainings and courses as fitness, health and nutrition experts.

Building conscious individuals is my passion, and I have been doing that in my fitness career for more than 12 years, making the very best and questioning the why and truths to wellness and vitality.

My greatest passions are helping women end conflict and disconnection with their bodies and the spaces they inhabit. With my unique process and a customised approach, I help women discover the forgotten pockets of their own spirit. Creating beautiful group experiences in addition to private one-on-one sessions. I am a passionate wellbeing speaker and a lecturer in the UK fitness qualification industry where I can be found co-leading workshops in gorgeous places around the coast of sussex. Together we laugh, we cry, we entertain, challenge and inspire.
