Crafting a February of Contentment

Via Daily Prompt : Craft

Georgina, is the founder of A fat lot of good. She lives with her three children. Each week, she writes about the sense—and nonsense—of life.

Dear Women,

A new month sets above us a time to re-centre the feminine, embrace our strengths and set the banquet table ahead. Revive, revisit, reconnect and beautify the natural pure love for the inner self we can bounce back to.

Let our next weeks set our grace, our exploration and our understanding of whom we are.

Let us visit and consider a deep understanding of the well of contentment. States of happiness, satisfaction, fulfilment, peace and the grace of placidity that we hold within.

Creation of a simple life by means of contemplation and reflection to setting clear personal boundaries. To nurture and withhold a delicate space, to boundlesssly give to our loved ones yet include a whisper of a secret love affair and awareness with the ‘you’.

Emotional, social, physical, spiritual and self health; let it be our whisper of excitement and our purpose to dare dream big into spring.

Being in control of our emotional behaviour and relationships; a deep awareness of their growth of potential and quality. A zest to improve our living spaces to laugh in freedom with a sense of driven purpose to play and rest in harmony without critique. The total absence and boundary of negativity.  Building a foundation of surrounding the self with the trusted and those that nurture and allow the feeling of nothing but good. Our purpose is to function in the productive and strength of meaningful relationships and friendships.

Start small with social health, smile with gratitude, accept your mistakes, no matter what hits your door find a smile and conversation and let the victim hat go. Improve upon your outward appearance, enhance your confidence to go collect a positive conversation within communities that understand you. Observe others reactions to determine the self boundary of negative social interaction, determination of the good to the bad of old.

The holy grail of wellbeing; the physical. The pitfalls of inadequate rest, sleep, social media and physical self care. Nutrition, alcohol, activity and habits.

Lets rally round, group together and hit February with some good old gung ho!

Who am I? I am a 42 year old mother, certified fitness strategist and Health and Wellbeing lecturer.

I build education ventures where I have a team whom thrive to build communities on a quest to live meaningfully and light. Into 2017 we offer a growing catalogue of events, trainings and courses as fitness, health and nutrition experts.

Building conscious individuals is my passion, and I have been doing that in my fitness career for more than 12 years, making the very best and questioning the why and truths to wellness and vitality.

My greatest passions are helping women end conflict and disconnection with their bodies and the spaces they inhabit. With my unique process and a customised approach, I help women discover the forgotten pockets of their own spirit. Creating beautiful group experiences in addition to private one-on-one sessions. I am a passionate wellbeing speaker and a lecturer in the UK fitness qualification industry where I can be found co-leading workshops in gorgeous places around the coast of sussex. Together we laugh, we cry, we entertain, challenge and inspire.
