Held in Cordoba, the Southern spanish region of Andulusia in October, 2019
Organized by YogaHQ, held in a special location this four day immersion will be a journey for both beginner and intermediate yoga students. Sparking and reinvigorating your relationship to your own practice, purpose and presence.
In each morning class, expect asana (movement), pranayama (conscious breath), meditation and discussion. In each afternoon class, expect a more quieting practice, including inquiries from the self and Naad sound immersion workshops.
Each day, expect a delicious morning yoga and meditation practice, as well as a nourishing late afternoon practice including Kundalini Yoga, Restoratives, Meditation and journaling.
We will focus upon self-awareness and self-discovery; our ultimate aim is to inspire change for you to integrate into your daily life.

The retreat is within a reformed country house in Iznajar, Cordoba, just minutes away from a beautiful inland lake where the retreat encourages you to swim, relax and kayak. The house has a central courtyard an area to relax and for breakfast and evening supers.
£380 per person in a twin room. Single rooms subject to availability and upon additional cost request.
This retreat is a blissipline guru ‘not for profit’ interest, it is for coming together to be in a beautiful space to practice and to connect.
The nearest airport is Malaga, with the property located less than an hour inland. Everything is included within the price with EXCEPTION to flights, transfers and 2 meals a day. Transfers to and from Malaga Airport can be arranged. Hire cars are also available at the airport but should be booked prior to arrival.

Establish your foundation and stabilise your relationship to your innermost being.
:: Day Two | REFINE
Generate ways to refine. The morning will focus upon grace, pranayama (breath work) and meditation. The afternoon will consist of restorative, yoga naad (sound) and writing exercises.
:: Day Three | STILLNESS
Directly experience your interior landscape of still and be confident exploring you. The morning practice will be a blend of pranayama (breath), yoga Naad and meditation. In the afternoon we will visit tea ceremony, gong therapy and healing.

Relate and grow into your teachings to be light, polite and beautiful.
