I am most passionate to guide people to their personal medicine, wisdom and reclaiming their sovereignty.

Practicing and committing to a self centric practice can be a powerful tool to make life easier which at times will allow all else to fall away.

I have been studying anatomy, physiology, fitness and holistic principle for over 20 years. In recent working as a teacher trainer has allowed me to go even deeper with my practice and to truly embody the benefits of fitness theory in application. Creating real discipline has been a gift for me where fitness hygiene and good human movement is a tool for clearing the mind and having true connection and appreciation for the human anatomy.

I understand just how important it is to have clarity, focus and support around your goals. The coaching component of any one to one mentorship and self care training offers exactly that. It is also a chance for you to work through any stumbling blocks you might face and adds an incredible richness to your health and fitness journey.

A gentle one to one female session caters for any level. I work to empower you to achieve your wellbeing and health goals. My practice and programmes have the warmth to take you away from the noise, from whatever level you are, onto a truly rooted, fit, strong and healthy state, both physically and mentally.

All sessions are designed to help you spark (or re-spark) your exploration of seeing yourself with kindness. An invitation to create eastern practices and goals that are fit for you within wellbeing of self and activity.  Working together you will learn to let go of the idea that your practice needs to be one certain ‘project’ or format and to focus in on a practice that is even more nourishing and more authentic to you and your life path. There are so many to gently use, investigate and play with.

For the last few years, I’ve been on a mission to help people see themselves with kindness through the tool of being healthy in a circular method and have been working with groups on E-Courses, talk therapy and exercise. This has been transformative for me and other women as a tool for healing and positive goal setting.

A space for regular restorative self care

In our busy stressful lives we all need a little more time for ourselves, a little more time to soften and absorb, relax and release, to simply let go and become present.

We all need restoration in our lives, wether we are physically burned out, mentally exhausted, emotionally drained by relationships or just constantly stressed and tired; renewal and restoration is an essential chapter in all of our lives.

Sometimes, we simply need to take the time to unwind, relax and gift ourselves restoration to be able to replenish our own spirits.

Cleansing your mind and body frequently helps alleviate tension and physical strain, whilst stimulating personal growth, clarity and peace. A simple 45 minute to an hour commitment to promote self expansion within your body and restoration within your stressed or tired mind can give this very release.

What does this session promote?

45 minutes of a restorative space, complete with concious breath work, guided meditation, Reiki, yogic restorative stretches, to calm and relax your overworked space.

Each session focuses on different themes that hold familiar tension, wether physical or emotional.

A mantra and journalling inspiration with every practice: simple techniques that will aid you to stay grounded, self present and relaxed as you move through your week.

Real life applicable ways to take a practice of relaxation into your world so that you may take your calm with you wherever you may go.

Weekly book and drop in sessions will give you a new lesson every week. Each lesson is your own practice to refer back to whenever you wish. If you miss a lesson, it doesn’t matter, they run weekly ready and allowing you to get back to your self care routine.

Free Gift & Cost

Each session is £45 payable upfront; when you sign up for 10 sessions upfront you will also receive the award of one 11th additional session for free. Discounts will also be given to other treatments and offers.


The session will open with tea, sitting on sheepskins, bringing blankets from our nests, finding stillness and soaking in calm in one anothers warmth. We will consciously share in the stillness of a safe feminine space and cultivate connection together through the practice and learning of self nurture techniques, theory and into personal reflection. This time will melt away, blending with relaxation, sharing, smells of aromatherapy and taking away healthy eastern practices of self connection and onward reflection.

This womens space is one in number, nurturing and hidden away in a beautifully intimate room in the tranquil space of the Borde Hill clinic for a unique safe sheltered experience. An oasis for the mind in a peaceful setting where you can establish a new routine of self nurture practice and self love method, allowing your inner calm to surface.
