Work with me

I strive for a sincere fitness practice rather than a perfect one I share the approaches I use in my personal daily practice, along with tools for putting it to work in our own lives. My aim is to help you see the ways in which you get caught or hooked in habitual responses to life, and how you can learn to choose a fresh alternative, thereby experiencing a life of freedom, joy, and true happiness.   Nourishment with Personal Fitness, Flexibility, Wellness, Nutrition and Health Therapy. ©SACRAL METHOD

The pelvis and reclaiming femininity are two areas of my life and work I’m hugely passionate about – I am passionate about life, the body and movement, which has led me to create practices that initially work for me and that I share with others within groups I facilitate. I offer a space that helps women get in touch with their body, hear its voice and the wisdom and strength it can offer us. “I am radiant, beautiful and strong and enjoy a healthy and passionate life” JOIN THE TRAINING SPACE UNEXPRESSED AND UNPROCESSED PELVIC HEALTH CAN NOT BE REMOVED UNTIL IT IS ALLOWED FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION A healthy body starts with a healthy mindset and attitude. Do we allow it enough of our freedom of expression? Physical issues resurface within our feminine frame, from menstrual flow, uterine, ovarian and fallopian disorder. Endometriosis, pre-menstral tension, irritable bowel, childbirth, …

My practice is relaxation, bodyweight and free-weight exercise and learning to feel your body. I’m fascinated by how we learn to practice, what keeps us from practicing, what nourishes our practice, and how we can keep it fresh and alive. You’ve just arrived at the Twenty minutes build a fitness practice – IT’S TIME TO BUILD YOUR TREASURE HOUSE Why is twenty minutes enough? Do you think twenty minutes is a ridiculously small amount of time? We all have twenty minutes to spend, sometime in the day and the way you spend your twenty minutes won’t make a difference in the way your day unfolds but its achievable. But twenty minutes a day, every day, devoted to a fitness practice, is long enough to change your life. I found this out more than 20 years ago, when I first wanted to make fitness part of my life. In time, my fitness practice has …
