Wellbeing is a spiritual practice Not in a woowoo way, it is as much about how the process changes you as it is about what you’re building. Each of us need teachers and mentors to show the way, help correct course, avoid missteps and shorten the distance. Women of Bliss

A monthly face to face date of deep self love and nurture. FEEL THE SHEER JOY OF BEING ALIVE AND THE FREEDOM OF LETTING GO Dear Women, I have set a new year manifesto of peace, patience, harmony and kindness to all; in most to the self. With this in mind I have created a small and intimate January enrolment class where women connect on an abundantly nurturing day of focused creative self-care practices that take just 10-20 minutes a day to gently guide, uplift and nurture your life. Women have little time for themselves and need to be able to turn to accessible healthy practices to ground themselves in the midst of real life. I am running this class because I believe in the power and safety of a circle of women supporting one another and saying, “I hear you.
