Intuitive body and movement therapy
I found yoga in movement in 2014. Having no flexibility, movement or gymnastics background I was excited to discover what my body could do through yoga. I began practicing on my own, building strength and releasing tension from my body from years of one plane movement. I started realising that yoga was so much more than just poses – through yoga, I have learnt to breathe and ease into intuition and blocked spaces. I have learnt to understand what it to “quieten the mind” and find yourself within the practice. I believe that breath, alignment and technique are an integral part of any fitness practice, and that at all times, I should be at ease.
2018 will see my classes and practice of kundalini evolve, workshops dedicated to opening the heart. Sharing techniques from my practice to free your body from tension – to uncover the infinite possibility of movement without limitation.
