The Primal Instinct of Intuition

Working with the sixth chakra Ajna Where Ida & Pingala meet Shushuma, where shiva and shakti conjoin. The union of opposites, intuition and wisdom. chakra ::ˈtʃʌkrə/ :: noun (in Indian thought) each of seven centres of spiritual power in the human body. When we go beyond the fifth Chakra to the sixth, seventh and eight, we are beyond the gross element. We’ve gone through all the transformations of our ordinary experience that are coded by earth, water, fire, air and ether. So there are no specific gross elements associated with this chakra. The sixth chakra allows mastery over the flow of the mind. Its often represented by light, but in this case it is the inner light. This is also the chakra we can use to master the duality of the mind. With the symbol of two petals representing the plus and minus contained in every thought. Anytime the intellect gives you a ‘yes’ it automatically implies a ‘no’. Anytime it gives you light, it also implies a darkness. To master the sixth chakra is to …

Let the pain run through you {4}

Georgina, is the founder of A fat lot of good. She lives with her three children. Each week, she writes about the sense—and nonsense—of life. Be inspired by every new moon. Beauty is in the ordinary, in today, in your freedom, in your passions, in your friendships and in your self love. Feel just a little bit happy that it is at your fingertips. Pour and put behind you, dizzy memories that make you cry, be done; they are freckles, winged friends. Feel motivated that you have your eyes on today, it is a high freedom of a dizzy state of potential and excitement, of health. No need for complicated, I have spent the past week with my reading musings. Relaxation, exploration and embracing of forgiveness. Mindfulness, simplification, putting my eyes only to what makes me fly and just that little bit happy. Healing memories of old, decluttering to dizzy freedom. Who says its hard, who says you are quite not enough, it is only as you see it and hear it, the unhappy noise and …

The beauty of connectedness

Via Daily Prompts: Refresh & Clean Georgina, is the founder of A fat lot of good. She lives with her three children. Each week, she writes about the sense—and nonsense—of life. Dear you, It starts simply with you. Protect your sensitivity dear one, refrain from confiding your deepest and purest feelings to those that won’t cherish them dear. Your relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have. Stop engaging in destructive dances, be healthy and assertive and find your emotional freedom. Help others excel within your being for it is those whom are grateful for all the loving and kindness you have in your life and to be grateful for. Have a relationship with vulnerability not one based upon contracts of kisses and possessions. Walk with grace, accept a defeat, build your plans on today alone, for there is gratitude in every day and breath. Thrive, water and grew. Don’t listen to the patter and path of future stories invented by the inner voice. Park sources of exhaustion, look for your own emotional freedoms and …

Using Movement To Heal Worry

Use your freedom of movement to feel something different. Meditate upon ‘Just for today I will not worry’. Worry causes stress and anxiety and impedes energy and bodily regeneration. When worrying you are focusing on the future, with excessive worry leading to impedance of inner wisdom, confusion and stagnentation. You are here for a purpose, you are here to make an impact, honour yourself by following your hopes, happiness and fulfilment for just today. You have countless things to be grateful for, hold the intention of gratitude to be kind to yourself and every living thing. What you vibrate out you will receive back. Negative intentions have negative effects, focus upon kindness and positiveness; with kindness will flow a mirroring positivity into your day. “Asanas of Yoga can ease and alleviate anxiety with at best the easy pose being the most meditative and relaxing”   Anxiety can lead to shallow breathing, rapid breath and thus anxiety elevation. Be gentle with yourself, sit in a quiet warming place, sitting cross legged, kneeled or in a chair. …
